Ideal candidate will help with multiple responsibilities on hotel office operations and new hotels in the development/building stages.
Assisting with budgets, bids for new hotels, inputting invoices, reports, and filing will be a large part of the position.
Hotel experience is a plus but not necessary.
Hours and days of the week are flexible.
Training will be provided.
No travel required.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as filing and scanning documents - Enter invoices into the system accurately and efficiently - Assist executives with tasks as needed including reviewing daily operating reports from hotels - Coordinate projects with other team members to ensure timely completion - Use QuickBooks to manage financial records and transactions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
